Training & Curriculum

• Full participation in the hybrid yoga teacher training program

• Yoga Alliance certified program; students receive an official certificate upon successful completion

• Access to all live online sessions prior to, and following, the in-person retreat

• Access to professionally filmed, studio-quality online practices, including asana, meditation, pranayama, somatics, and ritual

• All training materials including manuals, workbooks, handouts, and guided exercises

• In-person immersion with daily structured classes, workshops, and teaching labs

• Anatomy, movement, and philosophy lectures with Evangelos Aik

• Breathwork, yin sequences, and emotion-informed Hatha sessions with Maria Macsay

• Guidance in meditation, shadow work, ritual, and the hero’s journey of individuation

• Participation in ceremonies, rituals, and sacred practices

• Mentorship and support from instructors and peer sangha

Accommodation & Meals

• Shared or single occupancy rooms at the retreat center in Fethiye (depending on your selection)

• All meals during the in-person immersion (October 5–27), prepared fresh with mindful attention to nutrition and wellbeing

Travel & Logistics Support

• Assistance with organizing airport transfers and local transportation from Fethiye airport to the retreat center (any additional transfer costs are the student’s responsibility)
