Day 1

The Story The Myth and its Power

On this day we will look into the roles, masks and characters that we wear in order to continue our stories. And we will learn how to step away from these roles and into more expansive, whole, true versions of ourselves.

This is the beginning of the unfolding, the unlearning, the deconditioning.

Day 2

Grieving, Detaching & Acceptance

Grieving is vital in self evolution. Without sitting with what has been, and what we wished were to be, and what we have fantasized about becoming we walk forward with a false sense of security, and/or confidence. On the other side of things we can dissociate from the human experience, numb ourselves to our true feelings, and become jaded by limited self expression and fulfillment.

Day 3

The Space Between: Unbecoming & Becoming

Here is a time for us to acknowledge the growing pains in unbecoming who we were, and becoming who we have yet to meet. There is an opportunity here to experience the novelty of infantility again, meaning back to the basics of the child’s mind. Here we learn how to slow down, be patient, and take things step by step. Slowly we begin to step forward into a future that is more aligned for our soul’s mission, our own internal happiness, and for our higher good.

Day 4

Out of Survival Mode & Into Personal Power

How do we use our energy to manifest the life we desire once we are no longer over-stimulating our nervous systems in survival mode? How do we relax into life instead of charging into it? How do we stand in our personal power through our words, actions and requests? We can learn to resource ourselves so that any situations in the future have less effect on our reactivity to go back into unhealthy cycles of abuse, trauma or isolation. We can learn through non-violent communication to communicate our needs, fears and boundaries. We can learn to speak for all of the selves that live within us that need consideration and care.

Day 5

Post Traumatic Growth & Finding Your Super Powers

Moving through deep trauma is an initiation for those who truly allow themselves to follow the path fully. This is a time of deep integration, understanding, and clarity. With the ability to see ourselves fully, and in that totality, accepting our shadows, our imperfections, and our past choices and still choosing to love ourselves despite it we gain supernatural strength. There is a deep love that comes with accepting our full selves, a deep confidence, and a deep wisdom.
