Sacred Mirrors
THE WORK
SECOND EDITION
December 27th • 1–7PM • Dalston, London
The world moves fast, often in many directions at once. In this speed, nervous systems carry more than they can process, oscillating between anxiety and numbness, contraction and dissociation. Yet there is another way of inhabiting the body—a way that invites stillness, spaciousness, and presence in the deeper ground beneath constant motion.
This day-long retreat offers a chance to step out of the pace of the city, to set down productivity, performance, and optimisation, and simply arrive. The container will be gender balanced. You do not need to identify as male or female. All identities and orientations are welcome. This balance honours those born into male and female bodies equally, supporting a field where diverse experiences, perspectives, and embodied wisdom can be shared.
The day will unfold through a variety of experiences and connective practices, each designed to bring presence, awareness, and energetic aliveness into the body and the field. Some will be ceremonial, others practical. Practices will include embodiment and somatic attunement, contemplative and meditative presencing, Circling and Authentic Relating, Giving and Receiving, conscious touch, energetic exchange, eye-gazing, breath-based connection, subtle movement, and voice work. There will be opportunities to explore stillness and sensation, to tune into the aliveness of the nervous system, and to meet both self and other with clarity, honesty, and compassion. Each practice is offered as a doorway into deeper awareness, the natural flow of life force, and the subtle currents of presence that move between us.
The intention is to cultivate connection while remaining rooted in your own centre, to meet your boundaries, needs, and desires with presence and sensitivity. We will explore defensive patterns, protective strategies, and the ways contraction limits the flow of life force through body, voice, and field.
This is a space of group attunement, energetic clarity, and simultaneous emptiness and fullness. Sensual and erotic energy may arise naturally, yet the space is not explicitly sexual. It is offered as an invitation to authentic presence, moment by moment, and to the subtle movement of mystery that underlies all experience.
Questions or particular needs are welcome, please do reach out. There will only be 14 women's tickets and 14 men's tickets. It would be wise to grab a spot while they are still available.

We wish to keep this offering as accessible as possible while also honoring the container and the shared work we’ll be holding together. Please choose the ticket option that feels most aligned for you.
