THE MYSTIC'S PATH:
FULL CIRCLE
A Yoga Teacher Training and Journey of Individuation
THE FULL CIRCLE
HYBRID IMMERSION
200 & 300 hour
The Art of Embodying the Mystery
Full Circle is a living initiation designed to meet the evolving needs of practitioners while remaining rooted in ancient pathways of transformation. This teacher training unfolds as a hybrid journey that honors integration, nervous system awareness, and embodied wisdom rather than acceleration or accumulation.
This is not simply a professional certification. It is a rite of passage into deeper self knowing, an invitation to meet the unconscious, and a gradual return to the body as a place of truth and remembrance.
THE LOCATION:
FETHIYE, TURKEY
Turkey is the most beautiful land, a land deeply connected to the path of the heart, the Sufi’s have spread their wisdom here for millennia. Rumi fell in love in these lands, and wrote poetry that still touches our hearts today.

A THREE PHASE
JOURNEY OF THE SOUL
This training mirrors the archetypal hero’s journey found in myth, contemplative traditions, and depth psychology. The process unfolds through preparation, initiation, and integration, allowing transformation to occur organically and sustainably.

PHASE ONE
Online Immersion | August and September
The journey begins online, where we establish the inner foundations necessary for the initiatory work ahead.
Over these 2 months, we meet live 4-6 times per month for two hour sessions. These live gatherings form the relational container of the training and are recorded for anyone unable to attend in real time.
Alongside the live sessions, students receive access to a curated library of professionally filmed and edited studio level practices. These practices are central to the training and support the development of a consistent, self led relationship to practice.
The prerecorded material includes asana rooted in mysticism and embodiment, meditation and contemplative inquiry, pranayama and nervous system regulation, yin yoga, somatic practices, and subtle energetics work.
This phase supports a turning inward and lays the groundwork for shadow exploration, self inquiry, and individuation. August and September invite a conscious descent, preparing the psyche and body for deeper layers of transformation.

PHASE TWO
In Person Immersion | Fethiye, Turkey | October 5 to 27
Before gathering in person, there is a deliberate pause in early October. This integration period allows the nervous system and psyche to metabolize what has been uncovered.
In depth psychological work, transformation requires space. This month creates a liminal field where insight can settle and meaning can emerge without pressure.
We then gather for twenty two days of in person immersion in Fethiye, Turkey, a land rich in natural beauty, history, and mythic resonance.
This phase is the initiatory heart of the training. The teachings move fully into lived experience through daily practice, ritual, somatic inquiry, relational work, and embodied teaching laboratories.
Here the intellectual gives way to the experiential. The body becomes the primary site of learning. Fragmented aspects of self are welcomed back into relationship and coherence.
This immersion is not oriented toward performance or perfection. It is an environment of presence, honesty, and deep listening.

PHASE THREE
Online Integration and Completion | Late November, December & January
Following the in person immersion, there is a three week pause with no live sessions.
This period is intentionally built into the training to allow the intensity of the immersion to settle. Students are encouraged to rest, integrate, journal, move gently, and allow unconscious material to reorganize without expectation or demand.
This pause is a vital part of the process. Rather than immediately returning to structured learning, the nervous system is given space to regulate and the psyche is given room to integrate the lived experience of initiation.
After the three week pause, we reconvene online for the final phase of the journey.
During late November, December, and January, we meet live online for several weeks to support integration, reflection, and completion. These sessions focus on anchoring insights into daily life, refining teaching skills, and weaving together the psychological, somatic, and spiritual threads of the training.
Live meetings occur over approximately two weeks in total during this phase, with the remainder of the material offered in a self paced format. This allows the work to continue unfolding without overwhelm while supporting long term embodiment.
This phase represents the return of the hero, carrying what has been learned back into relationship, community, and service
Why This Hybrid Structure Exists
This format was created to support depth, longevity, and genuine embodiment.
By weaving together live online study, self guided ritual practice, extended in person immersion, intentional pauses, and post immersion integration, the training supports transformation that is sustainable, ethical, and deeply human.
A Path of Individuation
At its core, Full Circle is an invitation into becoming more fully oneself.
Through shadow work, ritual, movement, contemplative practice, and relational inquiry, this training supports the emergence of an integrated self capable of holding paradox, uncertainty, and authenticity.
This is not about transcending the human experience.
It is about inhabiting it with clarity, reverence, and embodied presence.

TESTIMONIALS

Echos teaching training was life changing for me in many ways.
Her energy throughout the training was authentic, empowering, and made me believe in myself more.
Echo really has a gift of guiding and encouraging her students to find their own authentic way of being throughout every phase life has to offer.

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Everything is very professional. Awesome teachers with so much knowledge and ambition. It is quite intensive and a lot of work but everything so interesting. Wonderful friends that I learned so much from and it was magical to see what a beautiful connection can be made through our computer screen. We cried together, danced, laughed, breathed and supported each other through this journey.
I will never forget these 4 months that we spent together and I will be forever grateful.

The training was transformational. The instructors are so cool—down to earth and completely professional. The setup for the training was perfect—we learned basics, then yin, tantra, dharma, trauma-sensitive yoga and non-violent communication all while creating our own practices. We became instructors while also learning how to become lifelong students. I love my sangha so much!!!! We all have developed lifelong friendships—we’ve laughed, cried, struggled, excelled, and grown together.
Through this training, I woke up. I came home to myself in my body. I learned that it is okay to be a human be-ing rather than a human that is always doing. There is so much life in being here, now, in this body. The space that Echo creates is one for growth and love.

If you don't want to "just" learn more about yoga and become another yoga teacher teaching mainly asana but really are ready to dive deep both into the whole science of yoga but also in understanding yourself, your Self, your patterns, your subconscious, your trauma, your connection to other beings and this human experience better, then this training is for you.
When you're ready to show up authentically, with determination to the practice and the study of yoga and yourself, to question yourself and your way of thinking, you'll find plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, connect, transform + transmute here. Know that this journey - for it is one - will not always be smooth and fun but may be painful and terrifying at times as well. It's definitely not gonna be easy, even though it's not gonna be at all about being the perfect student. But if you really seek to reap all of its benefits and hidden gems, choosing and walking the path of this training takes dedication and devotion. Alongside your own journey you‘ll be accompanied by fellow travellers, your sangha, who‘ll hold you accountable, at the same time hold space for you and catch you if you stumble and fall. A beautiful community if you let it be that and show up for your fellow trainees as well. All the time being guided through this YTT experience by Echo, Maria and Evangelos as your experienced, amazing facilitators who despite being so wonderfully different and each so unique, all bring their wonderful gifts to this ride and provide this safe space for you to explore, grow, learn, connect, and shed layers outgrown and will always meet you at eye-level.
Thus, if you truly allow, this training will most likely change you at your core and leave its beautiful imprints on your heart and soul for the rest of your life.
