Turkey is the most beautiful land, a land deeply connected to the path of the heart, the Sufi’s have spread their wisdom here for millennia. Rumi fell in love in these lands, and wrote poetry that still touches our hearts today.

There are timeless stories, myths and songs steeped in the essence of the heart’s teachings. The heart, seen as the spiritual eye of the mind. The Whirling Dervishes have been practicing Sema for ages, and finding themselves in conscious trance like states while dancing into the center of their being.

This retreat will be a retreat of deep integrated and embodied shadow work through the lens of the heart, through the descent of the Goddess into the underworld, through contemplative death practices that lead us closer to our temporality and once more our very aliveness.

It will be in alignment with creating daily ritual around embodiment, song, dance, meditation and prayer.

If you desire to drop in and join, this is a sojourn for the soul to fully meet itself in the deepest and divine union one can have with oneself. From there, to love another, becomes one of the most natural paths we can choose to take.

Through body-based practices, emotional healing, and the reclamation of your voice, this journey provides the sacred space to awaken fully. You will emerge not only transformed, but also ready to carry the truths and compassion you’ve reclaimed into a world that urgently needs your presence and action. Together, we will journey to the center, moving forward with clarity, heart, and purpose in a sacred union of the soul.
