Love and suffering are inseparable. The open heart is willing to experience it all, the agony, the anguish and the ecstasy. Every intimacy, every heartbreak, every longing holds the potential to initiate us into a deeper understanding of ourselves and our capacity to connect. Every breaking, every shattering is an opportunity to own more parts of ourselves and to open more deeply.

This online ceremony is a space to explore love not as comfort, but as initiation. To feel fully the pain, desire, and vulnerability that relationships bring, and to allow these experiences to awaken presence, clarity, and wholehearted connection. This space is a space of exploring our defense mechanisms, and the ways in which we hold ourselves back from loving and being loved.

We will descend into the shadow of our relational patterns, meet the wounds we carry, and uncover how suffering can become a gateway, a rite of passage into honesty, intimacy, and integration.

Expect reflection, shadow work, dyadic practices, and sacred witnessing. Bring a candle, a journal, and anything that anchors you in your own depth.

For those ready to meet love and suffering as teachers, and themselves as initiates on the path of intimacy.
