THE INVITATION

This is a day for those of us who know there's something wanting to shift — or who don't quite know what it is yet, but can feel it. A day to come as you are, move your body, use your voice, and be held by community. Through dance, sound, and song, we create space to feel what we've been carrying — and maybe set some of it down. Not through performance or perfection, but through showing up honestly and letting the music and the circle do what they do.

Sound and music have been my guiding spirits for as long as I can remember — through everything. The highs, the shadow, the moments of falling apart and the moments of cracking open into something new. My sets aren't curated playlists. They're a journey I go on with everyone in the room — and each one is different every time. What you'll hear is a weave of Latin funk, deep bass, tribal drum, ambient string, conscious floetry, binaural pulse — threads that I pull together in the moment to follow what the floor needs. The dance floor is where I believe we find something we can't locate sitting still: a connection to the body, to each other, to something older and bigger than either.

I hold space for people on the messy, real, beautiful path of coming home to themselves. That's the only way I know how to describe it. My own journey — which is still very much ongoing — has taken me through more than 15 years of inner work: yoga, meditation, dance, sacred plant medicines, and the grace of teachers who told me the truth. What I offer is rooted in three things: ceremonial song and sound, plant medicine ceremony, and integration — the often-overlooked part where the real change actually lands. Song, for me, is medicine. It opens something in people that words alone can't reach. That's what I'll be bringing into this circle.

Come as you are. The circle holds all of it.

We close the day with a shared potluck — please bring something to share.
